These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meridianaitransformation.com and any related pages, forms, and portals. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

Malycore LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Meridian AI Transformation (“Meridian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), designs, builds, and maintains AI automation systems for professional practices and other businesses.

The site is informational. Using it does not create a client relationship, and nothing on it is an offer to perform work on particular terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or any related portal to:

• Use the site unlawfully or in violation of an applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false information or someone else’s information without permission;
• Attempt unauthorized access to any portal, account, server, or connected system;
• Probe, scan, or test a vulnerability, or defeat security or authentication measures;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data by automated means;
• Interfere with site operation or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
• Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms without notice.

Accounts and portal access

Some areas of the site require an account that we issue. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials or account have been compromised.

We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when a client engagement ends.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and underlying software are owned by Malycore LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the site for its intended purpose.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the site or its content. Ownership of deliverables produced during a client engagement is determined by that engagement’s agreement, not by these Terms.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant us permission to use them as needed to respond to your inquiry and deliver requested services.

You are responsible for having the right to share anything you submit, including personal information about other people. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information.

Communications

Submitting a form means we may contact you about the inquiry. A separate opt-in covers marketing email and text messages; you may withdraw that consent through an unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to a text message. See our SMS Program Terms for more information.

Third-party services and links

We rely on third parties for hosting, analytics, scheduling, and messaging, and we may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.

No professional advice

Site content is general information about automation and technology, not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

The automation systems described on the site are tools supporting human judgment. They do not replace the professional and regulatory obligations that apply to a practice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that its information is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malycore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, under any legal theory, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or, for clients, the amount paid under the applicable engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malycore LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive objections to venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were changed. We will post revised Terms on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required or appropriate, such as by posting a prominent notice on the site or using contact information you have provided.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any applicable engagement agreement and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the site and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
