Malycore LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Meridian AI Transformation (“Meridian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides business consulting, AI automation, digital services, and related information through this website and our client portal.

Client engagements may also involve business information supplied by or about a client. That information is governed by the applicable engagement agreement in addition to this policy.

Our client portal uses a session cookie named meridian.sid to keep portal users signed in. It expires after eight hours or when you sign out. This cookie is strictly necessary for using the portal and cannot be disabled while using the portal.

Retention

Inquiry and lead records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward, unless deletion is requested sooner and we are not required to retain them. Client records are kept for the engagement and afterward as required by legal, tax, and professional obligations.

Opt-out and do-not-contact records are kept indefinitely because they are needed to continue honoring your request. Encrypted backups are retained on a rolling schedule and purged in the ordinary course.

Security

We use TLS to protect information in transit, restrict access to people who need it for their work, require authentication for administrative access, and maintain automated database backups. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. If a breach occurs, we will provide notifications as required by law.

Rights and choices
