SMS Program Terms

These SMS Program Terms apply to Meridian AI Transformation’s text messaging program in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program description

Our messages go to business owners and practice administrators who asked to hear from us. Messages are limited to:

• Following up on an inquiry submitted through our website;
• Confirmations and reminders for consultations the person booked themselves; and
• Project updates during an active client engagement.

We send nothing about lending, credit offers, or affiliate promotions. We do not message people who did not opt in.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking an SMS consent box on a form at meridianaitransformation.com. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form or receive services. Declining costs nothing, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and whether you have an active engagement. Most recipients receive only a handful of messages. We do not send recurring broadcast campaigns.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Meridian does not charge for the messages; your carrier’s standard plan rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. One confirmation follows, and then no further messages will be sent. Alternatively, email us to be removed from the program.

Opting out of texts does not unsubscribe you from email and does not affect services already engaged.

Carrier and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier network and effective transmission by our messaging providers.

Supported carriers

Our program supports major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint, plus many regional carriers. Support may change without notice.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Opt-out and do-not-contact records are retained indefinitely so we can keep honoring your request.
